Began legal studies in the Faculty of Law at U.A.S.L.P., and studied the last two years of bachelor’s degree at Universidad La Salle. A. C. in Mexico City. The thesis was about the oral trial system.
A postgraduate legal degree in private law at the University of San Luis Potosi, S.L.P. from 2007 to 2008.
A certificate in advanced studies on Fiscal Law at the Faculty of Law. Universidad Autònoma de San Luis Potosí.
A certificate in Federal Justice Proceedings by the Federal Judiciary branch.
